By downloading, installing, or using Drift ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Drift is an iOS application designed to help people with ADHD start tasks by matching them to your energy level. The App allows you to:

Match tasks to your energy level (gentle, steady, or fired up)
Run focus sessions with customizable timers (15, 25, 45, 60 minutes or open-ended)
Break tasks into micro-actions for easier starts
Track your focus streaks with grace periods
View tasks and streaks via home screen widgets and Live Activities

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
Maintain the security of your device

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PRODUCTIVITY, OR DEVICE DAMAGE.

Productivity Disclaimer

Drift is a tool designed to assist with focus and productivity. Actual results depend on many factors beyond the App's control, including your personal work habits, environment, and task complexity. We make no guarantees about productivity improvements.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party services or transmit data externally. All data is stored locally on your device.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
